Combining a passion for technology and childcare, Maithili left her career at Amazon to launch KinderPass in 2018. It wasn’t a brand new start, however. Her mother had founded Kinderville, one of the leading daycare providers in Canada, and often asked Maithili to oversee various aspects of the business. It is during those years at Kinderville that Maithili gained tremendous expertise in solving challenges faced by multi-site daycare centers. With her knowledge of online management tools, she built upon KinderVille’s proprietary software to create KinderPass, a solution that now offers simplified management tools for every daycare center.
